Company Policy

MESS SALES S.r.l. believes that the future of the company depends on achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Operating in a highly competitive environment with relatively narrow profit margins, customer service has become an increasingly essential factor. For our company, this means ensuring full compliance with product specifications, delivery times and methods, and providing our customers with reliable product warranties and after-sales assistance.

The Management is constantly committed to:

  • Identifying internal and external issues related to the context in which the company operates, and determining those relevant to the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Identifying the Interested Parties (IPs) and assessing which are relevant.

  • Understanding the needs and expectations of these Interested Parties and determining those that constitute compliance obligations for the QMS.

This process results in a comprehensive mapping of the key contextual factors that influence the organization, across various dimensions: corporate; market; macroeconomic, financial, and insurance; scientific-technological; regulatory and institutional; environmental-territorial; and social.

The Management has decided to implement and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

To this end, the company has allocated the necessary financial resources, personnel, and tools required for the development and maintenance of the QMS, which will be continuously monitored and periodically reviewed through the measurement of performance indicators and achievement of defined process objectives.

MESS SALES S.r.l. is committed to paying the utmost attention to customer requirements and expectations, to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and to the continuous improvement of both the organization and the satisfaction of customers and interested parties. Quality must be pursued at every stage of each process, with every employee actively involved in achieving these objectives.

Management Objectives

To achieve these goals, the Management of MESS SALES S.r.l. is committed to:

  • Optimizing the cost–benefit ratio to ensure competitiveness in the market;

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction;

  • Increasing turnover and market presence;

  • Properly defining the technical requirements of the services provided and products supplied, in line with customer and market needs;

  • Reducing costs associated with non-conformities;

  • Pursuing continuous improvement;

  • Engaging and collaborating with suppliers;

  • Enhancing employee motivation and involvement;

  • Paying attention to social responsibility aspects.

The Management undertakes to support and promote this Policy throughout the organization. Specifically, it is committed to:

  • Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a documented Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;

  • Defining, sharing, verifying, and periodically updating improvement objectives for the QMS, processes, and services;

  • Displaying the signed Policy at meeting points and conducting regular review meetings;

  • Streamlining organizational processes;

  • Providing adequate resources, including qualified personnel for management, operational, and verification activities, as well as internal quality audits;

  • Training and qualifying personnel to ensure competence;

  • Performing all activities in compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and internal operational procedures;

  • Ensuring a safe and adequate work environment and functional equipment (including external operational areas, where applicable);

  • Conducting all processes in compliance with current environmental and safety laws.

The Management periodically verifies that this Policy remains appropriate to the company’s purposes and context, is implemented and communicated at all levels of the organization, and that it effectively supports the pursuit of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
